Ellisville Police Department Kids Safety Day
September 30th 10AM – 2PM
St. John Church located at 15800 Manchester Road
Parents will be able to pick up information on a number of safety issues such as bicycle safety,
child ID/fingerprinting, Internet safety, eating healthy, how to be safe around animals, first
aid, and much more.
Ellisville Police along with other neighboring police and fire departments will display
emergency equipment. Police officers and fire fighters will be on hand to answer any
questions. Demonstrations will be conducted including Ellisville’s K 9 “Dark”.
Free refreshments of hotdogs, soda, water, pizza, popcorn, and more will be available along
with free carnival games and prizes for the kids. Free raffles will be drawn for gift certificates
donated by area businesses and the police department.
Dr. Melissa Georgevitch will be joining Dogs on Duty for questions regarding chiropractic and your pet!
Dr. Georgevitch graduated from Logan University as a Doctor of Chiropractic. From there, she went on to fulfill her passion for animals, and pursued an additional certification at Options for Animals in Wellsville, Kansas. She is certified through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) and adjusts dogs, cats and horses, based out of Wildwood, MO.
Animal Chiropractic is safe, gentle and well tolerated! Adjustments can help dogs in all shapes and sizes as well as any work load: from pets to high performance. Chiropractic has been shown to help in many cases that a dog has difficulty getting in/out of a vehicle, difficulty with steps, sitting off to one side, neck pain, back pain, seizures, disc disease, wellness and so much more!
